Return Process

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Non-Delivery & Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customs delays

  • Theft after delivery confirmation

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Dropshipping Notice

As a dropshipping business, some returns may need to be sent to different supplier warehouses depending on the product origin. Return instructions will be provided after approval.
